RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)

This page applies to consumers residing in the European Union.

If you purchase goods from SewProCrafts Ltd for personal use, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WITHDRAW?

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

HOW DO I EXERCISE MY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL?

You may exercise your right of withdrawal by:

• Contacting us by email at contactus@sewprocrafts.co.uk and clearly stating your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Once we receive your request, we will provide confirmation of receipt without undue delay.

By submitting this request, you are notifying SewProCrafts Ltd that you wish to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

RETURNING THE GOODS

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the returned goods, or evidence that they have been returned, we will process your refund.

We will reimburse:

• The purchase price of the returned goods.
• The cost of standard delivery originally paid, where required by applicable law.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

REDUCTION IN REFUND

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical shop.

However, if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or functionality, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value where permitted by law.

EXCLUSIONS

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including:

• Cut-to-length products.
• Bespoke or personalised items.
• Any other products exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.

This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
