Shipping policy
Delivery
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of the purchase time. Our usual order cut off time for same day despatch is 14:00 every working day. We do not ship on weekends but any orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday (excluding any bank holidays or public holidays).
Please bear in mind we offer approximate delivery dates and, if an order is delayed for any reasons other than our own, then this is outside of our control. We cannot be liable for any losses, damages, or costs caused by a delivery delay.
If there is an issue with your order, we will usually get in contact with you within 24 hours. Sometimes this can take up to 48 hours to get in contact during busy periods.
We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if the purchaser is not there to collect an order when it arrives. It is their responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection.
SewProCrafts does their best to ensure swift delivery of purchased products. To do this, we use various external couriers, however we cannot be held liable for any delays on their part.

International Customer Order Information
Delivery prices and delivery time estimates are displayed at check-out.
Please note we are based in the UK and we do not collect customs duty on your behalf. This is the customer's responsibility and will differ based on the country the order is going to. Please check this before ordering from us. We will not refund customs duty due to customer's not being aware of these charges. We will not pay for goods to be returned where customs duty is due and the customer doesn't wish to pay the duty. If customs duty is not paid and the goods are returned to us we will only refund the price of the goods and not the postage charged.
Condition of Delivered Goods
Once the goods have been delivered, you are responsible for the products. If a product arrives damaged or is faulty on arrival, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods in order for us to process a refund or replacement for you. In most cases where this does occur, a replacement will be the first option and, if required, we may require the original product to be returned. If the goods are returned and are found to be working/not faulty then these will be returned to you after the admin charge has been paid. Please refer to the refund policy for this admin charge.
