Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they cover the sale of goods that will govern any sale that we enter into with you.

The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

1.1 Using the Website

You will be considered a user of our website whenever you use, browse or place an order on www.sewprocrafts.co.uk. All of our website users must follow our terms & conditions whenever they are using, browsing or placing an order on our website. We make these terms and conditions available to all of our website users, however it is the users responsibility to be aware of them.

Users must only use our website for lawful reasons and require our approval whenever they want to purchase an item. Refusal to sell an item is at the absolute discretion of SewProCrafts.

Our website shall not be used to damage or harm the rights of anyone else or to cause obstruction to the enjoyment of others.

We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to you for anything that you use on our website.

Access to this website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend it without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. This website also contains links to other websites, which are not operated by SewProCrafts and therefore SewProCrafts has no control over these sites. We accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

2.1 Products

We endeavour to provide the most up-to-date and accurate descriptions for all of our items, however there are times when we get this wrong. This could be:

Not having the right details for the product.
Different product packaging than shown.
Changes in the product colour.*
Showing the wrong amount of stock.**

*This can be caused by differences on your computer screen or device as the actual colour of the product may be different from our website. Some product pages have colour swatches. Please use them as a guide only as they do not show the exact colour of the products.

**The amount of stock that we show on the website is a guide. We will confirm the amount of stock that we have when we confirm your order. If we cannot supply the goods for any reason we will ensure a full refund is made. However, we cannot be held responsible for any losses which may occur if we do not supply the goods.

We may not process your order if we notice that the product information on our website is wrong when you place it.

Please note: whilst we do our best to answer all queries, we cannot advise on product use and therefore cannot be held liable for any error in doing so.

2.2 Product Purchasing

There is no contract between the user and SewProCrafts when an order is placed through the website. SewProCrafts will manage the user's order only when a confirmation email has been sent. Please read and check the order details carefully to make sure that they are correct. It is the user's responsibility to notify SewProCrafts if these details are incorrect as soon as possible, however, SewProCrafts cannot guarantee that details can be amended after you have placed your order.

All our prices include VAT and are charged in GBP £ Sterling, delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout if applicable. If in the event that a price is incorrect due to an error or omission SewProCrafts have the right to adjust the price and cancel any orders accordingly. We will inform you of the new price and allow you to get back to us. By all means you can choose to cancel the order or continue with the purchase and pay the difference.

By purchasing a product on our website the user confirms that they are of a legal age to do so and that the information they provide is true and accurate. However, SewProCrafts reserves the right to decline orders should they feel that it is necessary.

3.1 Payment Terms

SewProCrafts do not offer any credit facilities. All payments are made via the website or via telephone using Shopify payments or the payment method that is selected at checkout (such as PayPal, Apple Pay etc). All orders will be issued with an invoice. Invoices can also be requested if lost or required, please pop us an email and we will get this sorted for you.

4.1 Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of the purchase time. Our usual order cut off time for same day despatch is 14:00 every working day. We do not ship on weekends but any orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday (excluding any bank holidays or public holidays).

Please bear in mind we offer approximate delivery dates and if an order is delayed for any reasons other than our own then this is outside of our control. We cannot be liable for any losses, damages, or costs caused by a delivery delay.

If there is an issue with your order we will usually get in contact with you within 24 hours sometimes this can take up to 48 hours to get in contact during busy periods.

We are not responsible for any delay in delivery if the purchaser is not there to collect an order when it arrives. It is their responsibility to arrange re-delivery or collection.

SewProCrafts does their best to ensure swift delivery of purchased products. To do this, we use various external couriers, however we cannot be held liable for any delays on their part.

4.2 Condition of Delivered Goods

Once the goods have been delivered you are responsible for the products. If a product arrives damaged or is faulty on arrival you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods in order for us to process a refund or replacement for you. In most cases where this does occur a replacement will be the first option and if required we may require the product to be returned. If the goods are returned and are found to be working/not faulty then these will be returned to you after the admin charge has been paid. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the charges.
