These look stunning!

I just couldn't find a lampshade to match my decor, I'm not fussy, just wanted something that looked great.

I saw the lampshade kit advertised and decided to have a go. It was fun choosing fabric, such a huge choice and I was able to get the exact colours I wanted. You just need to make sure the fabric is wide/long enough. In addition, take into consideration the direction of the image on any patterned fabric, or you could end up with the image upsidedown or round the wrong way.

The lampshade took about an hour to make, it was easy to follow the clear instructions. It looks amazing and takes a central pride of place hanging in my living room. I shall be buying two more 40cm round drum kits to complete my downstairs refurbishment.
